Request from the Weary Entrepreneur
Sometimes, when I'm answering student queries at 11:00 p.m. at night, I want to remind the world that there is a very real, "live" person on the receiving end of your sometimes harsh E-mails. So, I guess what I want to say that it never hurts to be kind in your E-messages. There might be a very good reason (like surviving on a tight budget) that our website cannot do everything that you wish it could do. Or, there might be a valid reason that we can't refund your tuition at the last minute (we're under contract to pay the teacher for you). I guess...what I really want to say...before you hit the send button, put yourself in the shoes of a person who works 12-14 hours a day, tries to do his/her best, and who you may truly hurt with your E-mail blast of words.
